Speaker: Chris Khan

Chris Khan joined R3 in April 2016 and since then has seen it more than quadruple in size. In his current position, he manages the company’s overall roadmap for developing distributed ledger technology within the trade finance sector. As a project lead in R3’s accelerator, he helps to bring ideas and proofs of concept to the prototype and pilot stage. In addition, he works with the solution architecture team and developer relations team. Prior to joining R3, Chris enjoyed a brief career in banking, where he worked in the future clearing business at State Street as well as their emerging technologies team. Chris has also worked with tech companies such as Apple and Square in product marketing and business development. He graduated from Boston College with a BA in Economics and a MS in Finance.
